Layered Cheesecake

This is the ultimate cake and cheesecake combination.  The cakes are made with two layers of white sponge cake, with a center layer of premum cheesecake.  In between the layers is fresh fruit and fresh whipped cream as icing.  The cake is 10" round and over 6 inches tall! The Strawberry Cheesecake Supreme cake has a layer of premium cheesecake with a strawberry swirl.  it is layered with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.  The Red, White and Blue cake has a layer of premium blueberry swirled cheesecake.  It is layered with fresh strawberries, blueberries and whipped cream.  The Carrot Cake Supreme cake has a layer of premium pumpkin swirled cheesecake with two layers of carrot cake and delicious cream cheese icing between the layers.
