Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake

This cake has three layers of rich chocolate cake, a layer of fresh raspberry mousse and a layer of white chocolate mousse.  The cake is 10" round and over 6 inches tall.  It is covered in chocolate ganache icing and topped with fresh raspberries and choclate curls and decorations.
